In addition, our newsletter subscription list is maintained by Mail Chimp, and we reserve the right to change the third party vendor employed for the management of our subscriptions at any time and without notice. Mail Chimp and similar email subscription services are required to be compliant with the CAN-SPAM act of 2003 and to our knowledge maintain additional age controls for those on subscriber lists such as ours. Should we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to promptly delete such data from our records.
